These terms govern your use of CORSEN.net. They are not the agreement under which we would do work for you — that is a separate written services agreement signed by both parties, and if anything in it conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Nothing here is an offer

The descriptions of services on this site are for information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the inquiry form does not create a contract, a retainer, or any obligation on either side. No engagement begins until both parties sign a written agreement.

Any reference to "founding client partnerships" describes availability, not a guaranteed price, term or outcome.

We do not promise results

Content performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, the underlying product, and the material you supply. We make no guarantee of views, reach, followers, engagement, inquiries, sales, or revenue, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

The imagery in the section titled "The Corsen Standard" illustrates content categories and visual direction. It does not depict client work and is not presented as a portfolio of completed engagements.

Our intellectual property

The CORSEN name, the CORSEN mark, the layout, text, design and code of this site are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or licensed to it. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from it without written permission.

What you send us

Do not send confidential information through the inquiry form. It is a first-contact channel, not a secure one.

By submitting the form you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it on behalf of the business you name. You grant us permission to use what you send solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, unlawful or abusive content
• Use the form for unsolicited marketing
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload, or disrupt the site
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Rhode Island have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
